Colour Analysis

Providing a more precise colour diagnosis, 12 Tone colour analysis builds on the traditional 4 seasonal model by taking into account “neutral” tones - those of us that are a mix of warm and cool (given that most people are a mix of warm and cool, this is a welcome change to colour analysis). For example instead of having just one Autumn season, there are 3 “types” of Autumn; True Autumn , Soft Autumn and Dark Autumn (see diagram below). This is worked out by determining Hue, Value and Chroma. Hue - are you warm, cool or neutral? Value - are you light, dark or in between? Chroma - are you bright, soft or in between? All of this realised through a number of tests, using coloured drape comparisons, during the analysis (Approx. 2 hours). Its important to note that your colour analysis result is for life, even when you turn grey it doesn’t change - which makes it such a worthwhile investment!
